NOISE is a 25-years-smart multi-media brand definition, development and delivery agency with service offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Sanibel Island, Florida. We're passionate brand visionaries and ambassadors who bring a cohesive, strategic, multi-channel approach. We accomplish most of it all in-house among 15 energetic professionals, including strategic planning and brand planning; market research; advertising sciences; interactive design, development and marketing; digital marketing and media; social media; online video production and syndication; public relations; and media strategy-execution.

Some of our exciting new interactive projects coming up include a major Florida destination web rebranding; major southern college web rebranding; potential web rebranding for state hospital association; plus we're blowing up our own site, which will be a lot of fun.

Additionally, we encourage our NOISE Inter.ACtive team members to partipate creatively and strategically in our digital and social marketing.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You love interactive development, cool music, tasty coffee and Milwaukee's East Side — so tell us how you'll rock our world, 'cause we're seeking an Interactive Developer who can smoke our keyboards and rock ours.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The next hire for NOISE will be an interactive developer who's bright, passionate, smart, independent, detailed, a problem solver, self-motivated, a team player, able to work without significant supervision yet someone who can carry the ball when needed. You're passionate about doing great work and working for great clients, with the skills to hit the ground running and the smarts to learn even more. You have to be able to balance workflow, and be able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.

You'll be working with art directors, designers and programmers and leaders in a team setting, assisting with the development and maintenance of web and mobile sites, apps, interactive marketing, and web video editing. You'll do all this in our 125-year-old Victorian just a few blocks west of Lake Michigan in energetic, creative Milwaukee, WI.

You'll rock at:

Development Knowledge of HTML, DIV Structure, CSS and JavaScript
PHP, SQL and ActionScript 2.0/3.0 a plus
Experience with Expression Engine, Wordpress & More a plus
Familiarity with After Effects a plus
Familiarity with Adobe CS3 or higher
Design skills a plus, but not required

QUALIFICATIONS

Recent college graduates welcome with appropriate college paperwork, or experienced in pro environment.
