NOISEMAKER NEEDED: (Digital Genius) Senior Web Designer, Programmer and Even Digital Marketer

Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated, detailed, self-starting Senior Web Designer and Web Programmer. Our primary focus is in business-to-consumer digital marketing, including needs for web design, development, programming, web 2.0, flash, social networking, video/audio interactivity, e-commerce and e-marketing. This position is available in your choice: our Milwaukee, Wisconin, location, a charming, 120-year-old Victorian three-story on the city's exciting East Side, just one block from Lake Michigan; or our Sanibel Island, Florida, location, one of the top tourism destinations in the world and just five minutes from the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Job Description
Web Programmer will work under the supervision of the agency's creative director, and a senior art director, and work complementary to ForwardSlash's other programmer(s) and web marketer(s). You'll be responsible for the successful deliver, on deadline and budget, of both project elements and entire projects.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years programming experience, ideally agency-side. Minimum BA in related field, minimum 3.0 GPA. Knowledge of latest version of CS with a strong understanding of CSS, HTML, DHTML and JavaScript (rollovers, popups), and the capabilities of web browsers and user interaction. Knowledge of database driven websites a plus. Experience needed in the following coding languages: ASP, PHP and Coldfusion. Solid experience creating web graphics, animations, user interfaces, icons, style sheets for online and web, and experience in both PC and Mac interfaces.

Compensation
